Editorial

Customer relationships have been a growing focus of customer-driven research. This trend will continue in 2013 due to the increasing impact of customers empowered by the surge of mobile Internet technology and online shopping. Two articles in this issue discuss customer loyalty in the medical service industry and customer satisfaction in online shopping respectively.

In addition, in view of the slow economy worldwide and fierce market competition, businesses have to alter their operational mode to cope with changing customer demands. Seven articles in this issue explore ways to enhance management performance in different industries, including electronics, aviation and logistics, through diverse methods of evaluation.

With the arrival of the Chinese Year of Snake, the Web Journal of Chinese Management Review will continue to put out some of the most informative and thought-provoking content. Please continue to give your support by sharing your research findings with us. Happy New Year!
