Editorial

Welcome to the first issue of Volume 20 (2017). The five articles in this issue cover a range of different topics in the field of business. Three articles focus mainly on management, namely: ‘The Impact of Managerial Overconfidence and Corporate Governance on Operating Performance and Subsequent Mergers of Financial Holding Companies’, ‘Corporation’s Continuous Use of Cloud Computing: The Impact of the Firm Size, Perceived Usefulness, and Employees Satisfaction’ and ‘Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to Explore Criteria for Assessing the Professional Development of Personnel Managers in Elementary Schools’. Then, we move on to the domain of finance with the article: ‘The Effect of Intellectual Capital and Resources Abundant on the Bank Performance’. Finally, the article ‘The Application of Fuzzy MCDM on Service Quality Evaluation of Online Bookstores’ examines consumer behavior.
